In 2015, we proceeded to survey a real property report for the CP Rail yards in south Edmonton. The yards extend from Whyte Ave to the north to 63rd Ave to the south, 99th street to the east and Gateway Boulevard to the west. The report illustrates the location of all visible public and private improvements relative to the property’s boundaries, as well as the geographic relationship of the property to the adjacent properties, the property dimensions and the location of registered easements, rights-of-way, encroachments, or other encumbrances affecting the property.
